Grace Olsen hopes to be a costume designer for the film and/or theater industries. She studied at London College of Fashion and is looking forward to gaining even more insight with a design internship this coming summer. Katelyn hopes to be a head designer under a well-established label that values sustainability and human rights. Katelyn would eventually love to open her own business making custom evening wear dresses for individual clients later in life. Katelyn plans on having an internship this summer as well to gain experience in the industry. Grace and Katelyn are currently studying creative and technical design at Iowa State University. By studying pattern making and draping courses they hope to build their knowledge and connections to achieve their career aspirations.
